Harambee! – Community support for Jitegemee

"Harambee!" in Kiswahili means "all pull together." This word has come to be associated with the Kenyan tradition of community self-help events like fundraising and development activities. Girls in Tech: Partnering with AkiraChix

Congratulations to Faith and Catherine - our girls-in-tech graduates! Last year, Faith and Catherine, two students in our Youth Hub, started their journey at AkiraChix #CodeHive2022 to pursue their goal of becoming Software Engineers. Codehive is a one-year fully sponsored residential hands-on technical training program run by AkiraChix.
