Reopening our campus

Like much of the world, here at Jitegemee, we’ve had to make so many adjustments and changes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are happy to let our friends know that after a year of school closures and lockdowns, in 2021 we have reopened our campus and are finding safe ways to continue serving our children, families and community during these uncertain times.
Video production by Armstrong Too-Toe Studios.

The video above was shared during our first ever online fundraiser, held on April 17, 2021. Watch the video below for the full conversation between our Social Worker, Joshua Muema, our Executive Director, Verity Norman-Tichawangana, along with friends of Jitegemee, for a full update on how Jitegemee is faring during the COVID-19 pandemic.
